This website has been designed as an online portfolio to showcase the range of work that I’ve produced over the years, – and as an artist, it’s a simple and straight forward way of introducing myself.

The website also functions as a place to display my poems and stories prior to publication. Many of these were created to entertain my children when they were young, but now, with more time on my hands, I’m working on transforming them into books. The plan is to fill the pages with colourful and funny illustrations to complement the stories and poems; – my subjects are fairly traditional, but with a quirky, questioning slant which I hope everyone will enjoy.

Another new venture for me is the shop on Redbubble. It’s small scale at the moment, but like most artists I’ve amassed a number of unpublished designs and paintings, and rather than having them sit in a drawer, I thought it would be a great opportunity to share them. As time goes on I’ll explore the range of products that Redbubble print to order, and experiment with applying new designs to the templates. Previously I’ve only designed greetings cards, and having the opportunity to see my work on a multitude of items is very exciting.
